TAYP Difference

  • Personalized 1 on 1 Approach

Patients receive our therapists' undivided attention without the distractions of a busy clinic. This allows for increased hands-on techniques, improved education, and easier carryover to the everyday activity.

  • Convenience

Our patients will never need to worry about transportation. No more waiting rooms for hours. Patients never need to learn an activity in a clinic and attempt to figure out how to re-create it at home.

  • Relationships

People traditionally have consistent relationships with many of their healthcare providers like dentists, primary care physicians, and specialists, but therapy has rarely maintained the same quality of care. This lack of long-term relationships prevents therapists from being able to recognize changes in cognition, function, balance, and strength that would otherwise be recognized. Because of this, therapy has traditionally been forced to function as a reactive profession, and patients have not been able to maintain their highest possible level of function.

  • Personalized Frequency

Each patient receives a frequency of visits based on their needs and progress. Decision making for scheduling frequency will be based on justification of medical necessity. Patients can be seen three times a week and weaned to once a week or even every other week to ensure safe transition to independence. All Home Exercise Programs left with the patient are trained in the home environment or community gym, so patients never need to figure out how to translate activities learned in one environment to another. This encourages consistent performance, compliance, and safety.
